Pumpkin Hill-Great family home in an established neighborhood with privacy and a great mountain view. Three level home affords optimum privacy for guests. Main level has well equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8, and has entrance to a covered porch. Living room has gas log fireplace, vaulted ceilings, entrance to deck, CATV with DVD/VCR. Full bath has sunken tub with shower,Mst. BR has KING bed, and entrance to private deck, CATV with DSL internet access, and window unit A/C. Upper level has two bedrooms each with a window unit A/C (Queen, and DOUBLE) with full bath in between. Lower level has one bedroom (Queen) and one full bath. There's a family room with sleep sofa plus a day bed (for one) CATV,game room with large table, board games and puzzles, and entrance to a lower deck. Laundry room. Occupancy Limit 10 . NO SMOKING. Pets are ok with a $150.00 non refundable pet fee per pet. There is easy access to this home located on Little Bear Pen- with a ‘drive through driveway’ and a carport.

This home has a three- night minimum, except for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS.
The rental app you are using may allow you to make two or three-night rentals during these times, but that doesn't mean the reservation will be honored.

It is our full intent to retain any renters gained by using third party sites (like VRBO) for future rentals, and possibly as future home owners as well.     Had a lovely time enjoyed the house and location. The house was perfect for our needs. The Chambers Agency was top notch as usual. The Chambers Agency has always provided great service during the last 30 years that I have been doing business with them.

    Overall it was a great getaway for us. The management company was very responsive. The home had a few issues (cable was not working, master bedroom sliding door was broken, some of the furnishings are dated) but we would stay again. Nice neighborhood, super convenient to downtown Highlands, walking trail near the house.
